Here, you're judged on your English,
and supported from day one

If you've been judged by your passport

Interview after interview, it can feel like they are checking your nationality or your race, not your English.

That is not how we hire at The Bluetiger. We look at your spoken English, your pronunciation, and how genuinely you connect with children.

There is no nationality restriction.

CrewBlue Tiger made me feel that they genuinely cared more about my level of English rather than my nationality which made me feel that Blue Tiger cares more about integrity and fairness. It makes me feel I can actually built a career with this company

If you were expected to work like a veteran from day one

At many hagwons and English kindergartens, everyone is expected to work at the same level from day one, and the training, if there is any, is the worst part.

Here, you are not left to figure it out alone. New Crew get 2–3 weeks of on-the-job training, and your branch manager and Senior Crew work alongside you, observe your lessons, and give practical feedback so you can settle in quickly.

It's a team that helps you get up to speed and cheers you on.

CrewMy managers actually cares about us. Thanks to their leadership, us crew are able to perform our duties responsibly without issues

Leading play-based English
for children ages 4–9

You lead English activities so children ages 4–9 can listen, speak, and communicate in English through play. It's active, hands-on work with young kids, not a desk job.

From games, crafts, and storytelling to role-play, cooking, art, science, and movement, you lead the activities, prepare the materials, and look after every child's participation and safety.

You work as a team with Senior Crew, staff, and your branch manager, using the lesson guides and curriculum we provide.

What current Crew say

Crewit's a good opportunity to grow and input own ideas as a project to help the children learn in a playful way
CrewI like the fact that they provide good training and are always patient and understanding when answering any concerns or questions I have
CrewAt the beginning I was very careful with kids and their parents. Most of the time I thought if I do something wrong their parents will be angry at me however I managed how to not overwhelm kids and that parents appreciate the fact that you try to spend time with their kids
CrewSeeing little kids who don't know you connect really well after a couple days is a nice feeling
CrewWhen I see the kids really happy to come and join us
CrewWhat I'm most satisfied with is the support from the crew members. They are always willing to help and guide me, especially when I'm unsure about how to handle a situation with a child
CrewThe environment and people seem nice from my first impression and I don't regret
CrewCurrently, I am most satisfied with how I can change my working hours if needed to suit my schedule
